Cooking Instructions & How to Prepare
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers:
Preheat oven to 400F. Bake Jalapeno Poppers for 25-35 minutes.
Beef Kabobs:
Set grill to medium-high heat. Place kabobs directly over heat, cooking for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Chicken - Nashville Hot
Add beef tallow or oil to pan. Pan fry on low - medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Chicken - Parmesan Crusted
Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Chicken - Stuffed Breast
Bake covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165F.
Country Fried Steak:
Add beef tallow or oil to pan. Pan fry on low - medium heat until internal temp reaches 165F.
Mushrooms - Crab Stuffed
Preheat Oven to 350F. Bake mushrooms 20-25 minutes or until browned.
If frozen, do not thaw. Place in oven frozen, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
Mushrooms - Sausage Stuffed
Preheat oven to 400F. Bake mushrooms 15 minutes or until browned / Internal temperature in center reaches 145F (contains raw pork)
If frozen, do not thaw. Place in oven frozen, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
Pinwheels - Baked
Bake Uncovered at 350F for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 145F in the center.
Pinwheels - Grilled
Preheat Grill to 500-600F. On medium- high heat cook pinwheel for 6 minutes per side.
Pinwheels - Pan Seared
Preheat Oven 400F. Heat Skillet on medium- high heat. To prevent burning, make sure skillet is liberally brushed with oil. Sear Pinwheel on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to preheated oven to finish cooking 15-20 minutes.
Pork Chops - Parmesan Crusted
Place pork chops in 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Pork Chops - Stuffed
Preheat oven to 400F. Bake Pork Chops 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
Sausage Stuffed Banana Peppers:
Bake at 375F for 1 hour covered (sauce optional) OR Wrap in foil and grill for 45 minutes, finishing directly on the grill.
